A new opinion poll of Iraqi's shows them a bit more optimistic about the future and feeling a bit safer. However, the largest percentage still want the US to leave now, and most do not credit the US forces for the increase in security.

somewhat contradictory where they attribute violence to coalition forces and want them to leave but also want coalition forces to assist in training iraqi troops and aid the fight against al qaeda. in effect, they want our help but they don't want us to be there to help them
infrastructure concerns are about the same as levels when polled in '04. would appear that is an area in which enhancement should be focused
