This is EXACTLY (part of) the reason the UN doesn't necessarily matter, and I don't care about what it says. I would be perfectly comfortable giving Israel MORE WMD's and nukes.

That's what I've been since the beginning. We need to truly become, in a nonpropagandized way, the superheroes of the world. I do mean truly. We need to work out the logistics so that it becomes reality that we are responsible for increased moral goodness in the world, or at least in the world's governments, and decreased evil.

I never said that, I simply asked a question. Of course he is at fault whether he committed these rapes or not - but if someone else committed the rape, Saddam is not 100% at fault because the rapists chose to commit the crime.
