Since America does not have veto over the freely elected Iraqi government, America does not rule Iraq. That seems like common sense to me.

if the iraqi government were truly sovereign, would it not then have the authority to bring to justice those blackwater employees it is unable to try for alleged actions against iraqi citizens?

Because they were being persecuted everywhere else. The endless pogroms were causing suffering ot the Jews, and irritation to everyone else.

It does have the authority. It could choose to expel the US any time it felt like it.

Christians have gone from 15% to 2% of the Middle East population in the last 50+ years and are still being Cleansed and persecuted.

Most horribly in the First, Less-trendy-than-darfur Genocide (1983 to app 2001) in Sudan in which 2 Million Christians and animists were killed by the NIF.

And ongoing and Institutionalized persecution even in 'Moderate' countries like Egypt against the original population, the Copts.

The one country in the Middle East that has a significant population of Christians left is Lebanon; and that country is of course, Dar al-harb Until they get rid of the rest. And Hezbollah is doing just 'fine' as we speak.
The 1975-1982 Civil war there having already created a Large expat population of Maronites in the North America and Europe.


And I might add this is Not even limited to the Middle East or Arab countries but to other Muslim ones in South and East Asia like, but not limited to, 'moderate' Indonesia as well. (See in that last: East Timor, The Moluccas, Sulawesi, Ambon, etc)

ok , palestine was not independent such as alot of countries in that time for exsample lagrea ,the matter is there was palestinian people before 1948 and this people which was lived in palestine since thiusads of years , before mose prophet , and this people killed and out form thier land by curl zioinist gangs.

1. The Last self-Governing country on that Land was 'Israel'.. before the Romans conquered it and Renamed it 'Palestina'.
The Most Notable/relevant Rulers/Sovereign the Ottomans for the 400 years until 1917- and there was NO palestine then either- just 3 sanjaks of that Empire.

Palestinians weren't even a 'people' when they were given/Refused a state in 1948.. just some Ottoman leftovers that didn't become 'Jordanians', Egyptians, 'Lebanese', or Israelis.

If you Said 'Palestinian' in 1900, or 1920, 1940, or even up until about 1960.. you were talking about a JEW.

2. There were No Arabs there until just before 700 AD, when Aggressive Mohammedanism swept them through the Middle East and eventually North Africa and southern Europe.
Until then ARABs were only native to the ARABian Peninsula, now Saudi ARABia.
