You would have less black people in Europe if you start rebuilding Africa so that less people would have to move out of Africa to find jobs.

Nah. they'd have less black people in Europe if they didn't let black people in. They're incapable of governing themselves and creating stable growing economys. I'm tired of people saying it's the job of the richer more sophisticated countries to build other people's countries for them. The only reason we've done it besides Nato and such is because of greed.
