It's not even war propaganda. It's normal propaganda America wouldn't get involved in a war with Iran it would spread to a regional conflict immediately. It's just an excuse to place sanctions and limit Iran's economic growth that's all.

Iran actually has a rather impressive Air Force. They number around 60 F-14 Tomcats (which are more then capable of launching a nuclear weapon), as well as around 100 MiG-29 fighters (which are also nuclear capable). They also have between 6-12 Mirage jets they got from Iraq during the 1990 Gulf War, also capable of launching nuclear weapons.

Add to that about 60 Chinese F-6/F-7 fighters, around 35 F-4 Phantom IIs, and over 100 F-5 Tiger jets, and you still have a pretty decent air force. And those are just the air/multi role craft. They have many others, including around 40 ground attack fighters, and around 100 cargo aircraft that could easily handle a nuclear weapon.

And if you think I am joking, the BLU-82 "Daisycutter" was not dropped from a bomber, but from a conventional C-130.

Iran actually has a very capable air force, and it routinely conducts drills and training right to the edge of the Gulf.

And do not forget their missile program. The Shahab-3 has a range of 2,000 km, and can carry a warhead up to 990 kg. The newest, the Sejjil III has a range of up to 2,500 km, and is believed to be able to carry a 1 ton warhead.

I would not ignore either of these either.

So how you can say "they do not have an air force", I have no idea. They actually have a pretty large one, and also missiles.
