I recently read a book called "Code Orange" by Caroline B. Cooney. A pretty good book, and very real. What if someone were to get ahold of smallpox scabs, or any other disease for that matter and get on the web to see if they were still infectious for their own sake! and happen to run across some terrorists looking for that person to use as a weapon... We have no defence against that really. Or do we and I just dont know about it?
