Report : The US most sophisticate space based laser weapon system deployment

The US team has deployed its weapon system at least known since 2005 over Indo-China region. The scheme is operators, ground-based base, equipped weapon space vehicles, gps system. They can target anyone around the world via space; no border limits. They are completely invisible.
One of most sophisticate functionalities of this system is like to controlling mind people as to the “Comet Love” movie. Note that, this is the fact, not from the movie by itself or from anyone’s imaginations; the movie is only a way to make easier to understand how capable the system is.
One scenerio, they can plant their spies onto other country lands and invisibly contact, communicate their spies over space while their spies do not need to have any devices; all working through their spies’ minds. How to detect such spies ? It is probably to detect and destroy or jam their space vehicles or GPS system.
Another scenerio, they command their space vehicles at appropriate location in space from which the laser weapon system can target to probe, attack anyone even he/she is on ground, on plane, on train…. (not sure with deep water location yet).
