An article in the paper today had a graph from this web site.
http://nuclearterror.org/ Go to the blast maps, type in your zip code and find out how much destruction you can expect. Brrrrr. I am at ground zero for my zip code.

That map was too funny though. It showed where a nuke was going to hit on the outskirts of a rural town with about 1500 total population. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that's highly unlikely to happen.

It hard to believe that people of your intellect would even consider a nuclear attack. Nuclear weapons are no more than a political bartering chip.
No one, but terrorist, would activated a nuclear bomb; it would be political suicide. The only reason the United States were an exception to my rule is due two major facts: 1) until then the world had never seen the devastation of a bomb of that magnitude, 2) the US were the only nation with atom bomb technology. This is not to say that the counties should dismantle all they’re warheads. I am saying that there will not be a nuclear war due to the fear of total destruction of the planet Even if a terrorist activated a nuclear attack on any nation would be a fruitless to what they are trying to accomplish because the world nation would seek out and destroy all terrorist organizations and any one associated with them in the fear of a nuclear attack on the territories. I may seem as though I am criticizing you on the basis your phobias but I my intent to rouse your pride for if you fear a nuclear attack you are thinking what a terrorist want you to think. |

No one fears a nuclear attack, but you have to consider they can happen.

I would not put it past a country that hates us to say to some terrorists, "Hey, take this nuke and go kill NYC. But remember, you didn't get the nuke from us."

Plus, you have to think about the consequences. If you give a terrorist organization and honestly believe that they will use it on who you tell them to, then you may be wrong. From past events and histories, we have learned that terrorists do NOT have a easy way of negotiation.
