Loupots Bookstore has been at A&M for many decades. Now I've seen this picture at least 20 times. Hmmm. Since College Station wasn't really expecting extremely severe weather, do you not wonder if the goal was perhaps hoards of free publicity? After all, no one enjoys an Aggie joke more or tells one better than an Aggie.
