Gaar, do you realize that many of your own posts, by your standards, could be construed as personal attacks? I'm being perfectly serious. You can't hold others to a standard different from the one to which you hold yourself.

I figured you had caught on, Gaar. I was being sarcastic in "playing innocent". By the way, in making reference to the GED in that context, you might be insulting my work ethic, which would be a personal attack. I demand better moderating to prevent such outrages.
Sorry, YOU made your GED an Issue here, and I was merely suggesting that you may need to spend some time studying for it, so you don't have to take it again.

If you don't want something discussed here, you should try not bringing it up.

No, I'm not in the least offended by your opinions about my education. I'm pointing out to you that you are breaking your own interpretation of the rules. By the above logic, you made yourself a topic by joining this forum (otherwise we could make no references to others as people), so if you don't want to be discussed, don't participate on this forum. I'm not trying to get rid of you. You have intelligent opinions on politics. I'm pointing out that you don't hold yourself to the standard to which you hold others. Furthermore, you seem to misunderstand the site rules to begin with, but I'll let a moderator explain that.

I have no way of knowing what your physical appearance is. I based my link on your manner, which is something that, by default, you present on this forum by posting. I wasn't attempting to imply that you are ugly, if that is what you think.

Exactly, and that is why when you "attempt" to bring such a thing up you are crossing over from "discussion" to an insult, no matter how YOU try to portray it.

That you all allow such things is AGAIN a reason I choose not to financially support this Forum.

The Moderation on this Forum is going to have to become a bit more "Professional" before I myself would feel inclined to support it.
