------------------------------ Garble is a mystery: Is he a foreigner with only tenuous grasp of English? Is he on drugs? Does he suffer a serious mental debility? Is he typing wearing boxing gloves? Garble's rampant typos, malapropisms and execrable grammar can't be blamed solely on poor typing skills. Garble is all the more puzzling because if one manages to hack his way through the tangled muddle of his messages a discernable idea will often emerge. For example, in a forum discussion about a painting he might say, "Sorry the picchr the har is wrog. The culir. I liike the lips bot teh Paintng is sucs". When someone refers to his random capitalization Garble might say something like, "oPS i HITTED THE CAPDLOCK". Garble drives Grammarian and Nitpick absolutely nuts, but he disdains all efforts at correction, and if complaints persist he will indignantly sign exit saying, "yuor forum si stupef. bYE!" HINT: Garble may be Net Rat.

Already have my own variation
For most of the past ten years, I've carried the name "Jag_Warrior" on various racing and car boards. It's a take-off on how a girl pronounced the name of the the car I was driving at the time (Jaguar or Jagwar for Southern girls) and my... how did she put it... assertive personality. My then gal pal thought the moniker fit me well and I kept it (long after I dumped her).
I don't find the internet to be as interesting as I used to. And since I do my best to sleep in on weekends now that I have a more permanent base at work... I guess Big Cat fits me as well as anything - except for the would rather not fight part. Nothing like a good scrap to work your appetite up before dinner. Hmm, that sounds more like Big Dog. I think I suffer from species confusion. I've only encountered one true Godfather in the decade and a half that I've been posting to boards. A fellow named NitroBandit on the MSNBC boards was like that. I liked him and respected his knowledge and composure. But there was a war with the mods, as I recall, and he left, never to be seen again. I like to think that he moved to Sicily. Maybe he started another "family" over there.

I'm Mr. Hyde only when a man doesn't conform to populist feminism. I've even been relatively considerate to Shamgar. If gender is brought up, though, I tend to explode with anger.
