Some of you may know that I am 14 years old. You may also know that I have ODD, so please take that into consideration when I tell you of my account. Currently, on my police record, it shows that I urinated on a public mirror in the bathroom. (Charged $150-don't know why) Yes, I know, I am very immature.

As a juvenile, I spent 90 days in a youth correction center, which is pretty much juvenile jail. As an adult though, I have a clean record, by the grace of a certain cop. The only close call I had was in college. I was really worn thin at the end of a rough week, and I was walking somewhere with a chick from one of my classes. She was a little bit chubby, but not obese at all, maybe about 20lbs overweight. Well, as we were walking along, some stupid frat boy yelled out something stupid, like "Hey, there's a big b*tch!". For some reason, I just snapped and ran over and tore into that guy. I guess this cop must have been around, because the next thing I know, the cop tackled me to the ground, slapping handcuffs on me. He put me into the cruiser, but after talking to me for a minute, he decided to just take me home. So he let me off the hook, and just told me that he didn't want to see me out around campus anymore that night.

Thank you for the kind words. Keep in mind I never said I actually committed a crime! I was wrongfully accused and the case was ultimately tossed by the judge.

Defending yourself from nut-jobs is illegal in this country today!!!

The judge dismissed the charges after the DA, refused to allow my attorney to question the so-called victim (When you are physically attacked by someone with an oversized hand tool, and you disarm the individual and let him know that that was not appropriate behavior, by bruising them up a bit, they are the ones considered, "the victim"????), or the arresting officer, and declared them both hostile witnesses??? The judge was not amused!!!

I got a lot of apologies, and a clear record!!!

Nothing before, nothing since!!! Knock, knock, knock!!!
