South Africa's team, called the Proteas, are ranked number one, which really upsets all of us, as we are a bit strange like that, and would have preferd to be the underdogs again. The best team over the last decade aredefnitly Australia, so Ches and I might have a few disagreements in the next few weeks.

There are 3 official types of cricket under the protection of the ICC, the original 5-day version, the One Day Internationals, which is the type played at the World Cup, and the very new 20-20 version.

The team you and I root for, Force, has got a easy group bar one. We play Netherlands and Scotland, both in the World Cup for the first time, and not recognised teams. But we also have Australia, our arch enemies in our group. It's gona be a good time!

I asked an Aussie once what's the deal with Cricket?

He said it's basically an excuse to go out and get thoroughly wasted many days in a row.
