I liked that one and "I'm Just a Bill" -- though as a rule I tended to hate singing in my cartoons (esp. Disney cartoons), as a kid I always wondered why they put them in there, because only the adults seemed to enjoy them. There were a few exceptions (Look for the bare necessities, the simple bare necessities...).

I also often rooted for the villains because they always seemed to lose.

Speaking of villains, who was the villain in Tom & Jerry? Supposedly it was Tom but even as a kid I was hoping one day Jerry'd be eaten. I do remember one episode where Jerry gets his comeupance and it was my favorite.

Building the giant Christmas Goat made of straw is a old tradition during winter in the town of Gävle in northern Sweden. It also ended up becoming a tradition for the youngens to try and burn it down

Yesterday wound up seeing two nostalgic things...
We wound up at Selfridge Air Force Base and went to the museum... and I was reminded by one picture... I seem to remember kids really digging models of those jets that have the toothy maw painted on the nose. I know I sure as hell did.
We also wound up at the biggest, most ridiculous flea market in Michigan... and I saw someone was selling three of those old METAL Tonka trucks like I used to have. Those things were awesome.
