Default Phoenix in 6

Nash is one of the most enjoyable players to watch in the NBA. Stoudamire is pretty fun to watch as well. And I have to support my boy The Matrix. That aside, I think Phoenix will win in 6 and wear SA down.

Game 1: Spurs

If we make it out of this series, the West is ours. Nothing but scrubs left.
This is the Western Conference Finals. What are Dallas fans saying about that historic imploding?

I actually feel bad for them, as Avery is one of us, and no Spurs fan likes to see him do poorly. I hope the fans are blaming Dirk. But buck up, Robinson had that choker/soft tag for a long time before he got his first ring.

Ixtellor - First Spurs game attended in 1985.

Default I don't wanna be buried in a pet sematary

Well as Spurs fans found out just the series prior, losing the first at home doesn't necessarily mean much. Suns were a tad unlucky in not having Nash in the game crunch time. But we'll see how it goes.

So long time Spurs fan eh? One of your previous head coaches (for a very short time) is a family friend. I still have my Spurs checkbook cover! He lived at the Riverwalk Marrioitt for a time, brought in Lloyd Daniels who had a couple of good seasons for you guys. Unfortunately he also though that Avery wasn't much of a player. Oops.

Not sure if your talking about Lucas or Tarkanian.

I liked Lucas, thought Tarkanian was mediocre at best.

I remember Daniels, but not as a starter.

Tark, he wasn't given much of a chance, 20 games or so isn't quite enough time to say if he was good or bad. One of the best college coaches ever, but doesn't necessarily translate in the NBA. Actually usually doesn't translate is the more accurate description.

Default My dogs are really barking today.

If we get stuck with another Spurs/Pistons snoozefest in the finals I'm not gonna bother. One of them is ok, not just the two playing each other.
