I missed questions 3 and 8.

Question 3 asked when the Constitution was written...obviously it could not be writen until we declared independence. We did that in 1776. So it had to be after 1776. I should have known that.

Question 8 had to do with which Amendments were for what, and I dont have them all memorized. So even if I had gotten that right I would not have counted it, since I was guessing.

I thought it was Congress...but it is just the Senate. The House of Representatives doesnt get a say.

I also learned that New Zealand isnt a US state.

Nope - we're a constitutional monarchy, so the Queen - technically - has the final say. Not that she ever does. But it's still federal law. Sucks, huh?

You know what sucks even more? A few years ago we held a referendum so that people could vote for full independence by us becoming a republic. It was overwhelmingly rejected. Yuh...bunch of monarchists, this country is. Morons.

Canada has the same as Australia.

In fact quite a few of the former Commonwealth(it still exists(with 53 members) just not in the manner it used to) hold to that system.

Alberta(province in Canda) has perhaps the most direct Constitutional Monarchy atm.
