And right now Schmidt is out with an injury. (*)(*)(*)(*)! Our bullpen sucks. But we do have Bonds and J.T. Snow. Seems the Giants have always had top hitters and mediocre pitching.

The Indians have the same problem - seems like we've never had the right starting pitching. Even in our dream year of '95. Our starters though have been pretty good this year - it's that non-existent bullpen that has killed us.

But lately, we haven't even been able to hit! For a team who averaged almost 6 runs a game for most of the season, we haven't been able to score more than 4 for almost two weeks. Very frustrating - the entire lineup is in a slump.

Go ahead and believe whatever you want. Maybe it'll work for you. It hasn't worked for us for 56 years (our last series win was 1948 - I know we have nothing on the Cubbies or Red Sox but we feel it too

We've also never won a Super Bowl though and I don't if the Cavs have ever won a title (we came close when I was in high school - stupid Michael Jordan).
