The movie theater owners will be sued along with the:
farmer who grew the corn, the Agway that sold the seeds and fertilizer to grow the corn, and the water company that provided the irrigation. The scientist who developed the hybrid seed the corn and the other farmer who grew the soybeans that the oil was made out of to pop the corn, and the manufacturer of the popcorn machine, the paper cup maker, and the company that provided the electricity.

The ones that will not be sued are the stupid parents who did not watch the kid and the producer of the inane movie the kid was watching

Did you all catch that? No doubt that parents should not have a toddler popcorn, but the parents did call 911 and seek help, it was just too late. The Mom was so distraught that she ran out into the street and lay down, hoping to be killed.

This was a horrible tragedy, and we should grieve with the Mom. She will never be right again.

Conclusion, don't feed small kids popcorn. On a side note I didn't even know that "Alien vs. Predator" was a movie, I only belived it to be a game. If it is true then is this really a movie suitable for kids?

...I wouldn't bring my kid to the movie. I haven't seen it, but bringing your three year old to the movie probably wouldn't be a smart idea.

About the lawsuits; the theater or whoever will probably get sued for making the popcorn too big so that 3 year olds with irresponsible parents might choke.
