So what is the alternative?

There are only two things wrong with this great nation of ours, democrats and republicans!

The alternative is what we had before the IRS and the 16th so-called Amendment. We were able to make the Lousiana purchase, fight several wars, build a transcontinental railroad, and basically do anything we needed to do prior to this system. I mean scam. And we did it with real money.

It's a post 9/11 world.

There has always been taxes, in one form or another, and in each and every case the consumers, that’s us by the way, foot the bill!

We had tariffs, that taxed all transported goods. Just like today it is bled from us in one form or another. If the government needs money they make up a new way of taxing, but it always falls back on the consumers. Corporations do "not" pay taxes, consumers cover the cost of all taxes, but when tax breaks are given or write off’s are allowed those who benefit, are not the consumers!

So I’ll try again, what is the alternative to taxing consumers?

Im a big time MMA (ufc) fan, there were rumors awhile back that Wesley Snipes was interested in having a fight with UFC commentator Joe Rogan. He could have done that for some extra cash.

I know Snipes is the one to blame here....But I wouldnt have thrown the poor guy in prison.
