I am not talking about killing in self-defense, but a planned killing.
It is a silly question, isn't it! NO context! Just a few possibilities: a planned killing might be carried out by a psychopath or it might be carried out by someone who has experienced a great injustice which drives him to revenge or it might be carried out by a national leader who wishes to consolidate power. Given certain circumstances, almost everyone is capable of almost anything, I.M.O. You can take wholesome college kids, make them prison guards, give them power w/o consequences- the majority will become abusive. Nazi prison guards were just average Joes who went home and didn't think very much about the manner in which they passed the day. Hannah Arendt coined the term, "the banality of evil" . People are weak. Am I weak? I don't know for certain because I have never been tested.

There you go-a serious answer to a silly question.

i'm not certain how your religious belief might contradict this.
Believe me, I would love to be a vigilante and do some house-cleaning that our law enforcement agencies cannot do, but I think that I have no right to take a life unless they were trying to take mine or a loved-ones.

I would never kill anyone, the guilt would follow me around forever.

I'm sure if you chose to kill somebody, you would have a good enough reason that you wouldn't have to feel any guild whatsoever. You might even feel proud of what you did.

Possibly...there are a few people out there that I love to kill because I hate them so much, but I don't know if I could do that to another person.

You are not going to be a vigilante serial killer with that attitude! Instead of thinking about it in terms of hatred, try thinking about it in terms of justice.

Yes, but is it right to be vigilante?

Although if the court released a rapist or killer knowing they would kill/rape again...it might be better for all if I blow his brains out...

See, you answered your own question. Now go run along and be justice.

Spanky, if ever I wanted to kill someone, I'd hire you to do it for me.

Let me get my toolbox.......wait, if? Now I have to redo the entire locker combination!

Hey, I was just wondering(OT)...

Makedde, TheChief, and any of the myriad other Aussies here-

In the United States, we have a game of chance called "Bingo" in which you match number-letter combinations in boxes on game cards in the hopes of getting some sort of designated winning pattern, at which point you shout "BINGO!"

I was wondering, do you guys in Aussietopia have a similar game, but called "Dingo"?
