who is the most got banned person?
I'm thinking of Billy, BLZ, and that permanently returning banned guy, oh, I can't recall his name(s)!
I think an old mod can answer this quite well.

Y'all have an interesting definition of "banned" here.
Here, it seems that you can be banned for a limited amount of time - 3 days, 5 days, etc... It seems that banning is somewhat akin to a "time-out". Any other forum I've participated in, "banned" means banned, removed from participating permanently, shut down, removed, excommunicated, Hasta la vista, Sayonara, Aloha, Ciao, Auf Wiedersehen, Hit the road Jack and don't ya' come back... Oh well, When in Rome...

well, I know that when you want to ban someone, in the control panel you have many options, you can ban him for a day, 3 days, a week, a month, etc. these all go under the temporary ban section. you can also ban someone permanently. but AFAIK it's called banning for both of them. different forum softwares has different options.
