What Do You Do For A Living?
Because some people refuse to state their occupations!
Where do you work and what do you do? For those not in the know, I work at Macca's.  Obviously, I serve customers, plus help keep the dining area clean - as well all do. I also help supervise our newest employees on weekend mornings as they struggle with the different menus.

I work a low-level government job that involves a mix of tedious computer tasks and tech support ("Why is my mouse not working?" PLUG IT IN!!!).
I'm underemployed because of hiring freezes and shrinking of department. And even then I have nepotism to compete with when seeking advancement to a job that involves use of my brain (and trading stupid employee interactions for stupid clients!) Working on an MPA now. Hopefully it will help me move somewhere in another department or start my own non-profit... not sure which.

I benefit from nepotism since I run my Daddy's water company, a public utility. Most of the time, I think I am way overpaid since I work so few hours. HOWEVER, lately I have been mired in bureaucracy, and thinking of giving myself a big bonus. Either way, no one else would treat the company like their own the way I do.
