Have you ever seen the movie Office Space? It's a classic office comedy. TPS reports are featured prominently in the movie.

The funny thing is, I used to have a 10x10 cubicle, but we are running out of room so until they build another building we are all getting smaller cubes. Now our department is in 8x7

Yeah, that's pretty much it.

They never actually explain a TPS report; the main character is simply forced to file them. And he gets bothered by all three of his bosses when he forgets to put the proper title page on them.
