Well each unit like timber, iron, etc has its own pesonnel that comes with it too. Look the next time you go to buy something or upgrade, you will see a 1, 2, or 10 under the little face. That is where pop comes from, and the barracks.

ahso it's added? heh I thought those are the number of pop subtracted in order to build/man a building.

You increase the size of your farm to allow for more workers.

Each military unit uses x amount of workers.
Each building increase uses x amount of workers.

To increase the total amount of workers you can supply, you increase your farm level.


The warehouse is to store your production materials. In order to hold more at capacity, you increase your warehouse level.

That number, Hat, I believe is how many workers it requires to have that upgrade.

Say for instance your warehouse is level 10, and you want to upgrade to 11. It may display (20) under the dude's face on the summary sheet. This means it will consume 20 people.

So if you are at 390/600, you will then be at 410/600

Correct!

Your village is currently able to provide 386 workers.

Once you start upgrading or producing troops, you will want to increase the size of your farm, so your village can support a higher number of workers, or else you'll be stuck where you are.
