Update:

They opened another bridge in Grand Forks. That makes 2!

But here's the bad news..

Storm could impact flooding.

And for a bit of comparison, there have been over 3.5 Million sandbags put out by the volunteers here, and this gentleman has put together a wonderful graphic depicting it.
