I ask how much this witness was paid to claim such a thing. Although it is likely true, it is a little demeaning to the man to say such a thing when he is not around to defend himself.

Jeez, it is sickening...........

It is.

We should the toxicology results in a few days, and then we find out if the police will charge his doctor with manslaughter.

I am not sure where I sit with that one.

All the surgery MJ had was sickening. Every time he went under the knife he opened himself up to ridicule.

If I had been his nose I would have done a runner, too ... I wonder, which of these was the runny nose?

It was prety clear to me what happened as soon as i hear about the death. Sounds a bit suspicious that his doctor was in the house at the time of his collapse along with the fact the doctor was the first to find him. I am guessing the doctor administered a drug to MJ so he could get some rest, then walked out of the room. Later he came back to check on MJ to find he had gone into cardiac arrest. That is my guess as to what actually happened.

Sounds plausible, but is the doctor actually responsible for his death?

If Jacko had had this drug many times before, there would be nothing wrong with the doctor leaving him after administering it, would there?

Its the same drug anestesiologists (sp) give during surgery. Notice when they give it to you they have heart monitors and blood pressure monitors attached to you. Your wired in case anything happens.

Yes, I think the doctor is liable if this is the case. Any sensible doctor would refuse to give someone anestesia just so they can sleep. If I went to the local doctor and asked for this drug, I would immediately be turned away because it is not meant for helping people sleep.

Really? Looks like the "Sun" got their autopsies mixed up:

LOS ANGELES Michael Jackson's arms were covered with punctures, his face and neck were scarred and he had tattooed eyebrows and lips, but he wasn't the sickly skeleton of a man portrayed by tabloids, according to his autopsy report obtained by The Associated Press.

In fact, the Los Angeles County coroner's report shows Jackson was a fairly healthy 50-year-old before he died of an overdose. His 136 pounds were in the acceptable range for a 5-foot-9 man. His heart was strong with no sign of plaque buildup. And his kidneys and most other major organs were normal.

Still, Jackson had health issues: arthritis in the lower spine and some fingers, and mild plaque buildup in his leg arteries. Most serious was his lungs, which the autopsy report said were chronically inflamed and had reduced capacity that might have left him short of breath.

However, according to the document, the lung condition was not serious enough to be a direct or contributing cause of death.

"His overall health was fine," said Dr. Zeev Kain, chairman of the anesthesiology department at the University of California, Irvine, who reviewed a copy of the autopsy report for the AP. "The results are within normal limits."

I looked, but I couldn't find a post I made with a condition that had inflamed lungs as a symptom, that MJ could possibly developed from the propronol.

Also from the report:

The coroner also found Jackson was actively producing sperm.
I'm not sure I really want to know, but how do you suppose the coroner figures that out?
