What's wrong with Blood pudding or offal? Back when my grandparents were young, they were poor (as was most of the population of Europe). So, if you kill a pig, or sheep, or any animal, you made use of ALL of it, not just the great tasting parts. Now, that's a delicacy since most butchers don't do that.

KB, it's just the thought of blood/intestines etc., that's all. Just something I couldn't eat - now, if I grew up with it as a child, and it was something we ate all the time, it wouldn't phase me......I don't think.......

You could easily eat it... so long as no one told you. But, after eating it (and, if you enjoyed it), would you be able to eat it again once told?
