Default .

Bush has gone from being a centrist to being hard right. In my opinion, that is because Bush was shaken enough by the 9/11 attacks to start listening to neoconservative advisers. Their agenda is truly frightening. That is, without question, Bush's worst mistake. The majority of his other errors come from listening to these advisers.

Default Good point

You're correct but I believed and still today follow my belief that justification for the War In Iraq. Neo- conservatism is a HUGE problem though. I mean, look how many allies we have today. But if you look to domestic affairs all of his mistakes aren't due to neo-conservatism. I say entering the war was worse because it allowed him to pursue a neo-conservative agenda

Default more complete?

This list is very limited - could we please get a more complete listing of his errors than this?

I think his decision (or Laura's) to sober-up and find God has had terrifyingly negative consequences for the planet; we could have suffered one more drunk, but not this!. But for his wife, daughters, extended family, liver, business buddies et al Im sure they feel otherwise.

You're correct but being an extreme Christian is a trait of many neo-consevatives. True, it shouldn't mix with politics but that is not what I consider a political mistake. UN defiance wasn't a mistake I just put it as an option. After all, many people were angry at him after defiance. Kyoto is a big deal considering it hurts the environment but doesn't hinder the economy.
