This is not a poll in a way, that only the world court members can vote.. People can offer opinions, but only the members will have the final saying.. The legal body members have to offer their vote or opinions in a normal message.. Suggestions or ideas are not counted as a vote.. The supreme court members should argument their vote..

In practice Tedminator should decide the people on this legal body, but I guess if non-court members can offer their decision and argument it well enough, I could add you to the world court judges..

This juristiction will run until all the court members have offered their vote or the legal body runs out of patience..

So here is my jurisdiction:

Every party and group in the world has its 1-15% minority of nut heads.. Showing some random cases of people in secondary positions of influence does not really prove anything.. Especially, if these people have only historical significance..

In a same way, it shouldn't difficult to find neonazis, old members of KKK or just crazy people from the middle management of the Republican party or NRA..

The U.S. liberal movement has clearly stated values and goals, that do not include the destruction of America.. It is clear that the strong majority of the liberal movement is behind the stated agenda and wish only different (~not destroyed) America

So my vote is NO.. Liberals are not destroying America..

This should be sort of obvious..

They are trying, but their damage is being contained by the conservatives. They make it more difficult for America to succeed, but America will succeed despite their efforts.

How can the US be said to be threatened with destruction at the hands of 'Liberals' when it is run, from top to bottom, by two conservative political parties?

Souns good BtD. The part about picking the judges needs to be figured out... what I had in mind was something along these lines:

Sooo what I had in mind is that any PF member can petition a case for review, but only members of the current PF Prez administration can grant a full review. At which point the cabinet member that granted the hearing will handle all aspects of a case (picking judges, holding court, procedural rules, etc).
