So if the Chinese live thru the flood, where is that in your breakdown?

Looks to me like your last paragraph explains it. Because it jumps from 6500-5000bc all the way to 2500bc when the Yangshao culture began.

The Great Flood happend 4990 bc ..which fits perfectly in between those dates.

and FYI- the Chinese are the offspring of Japhet, Noah's son.

Chinese people descended from the lineage of Japheth, through Lott.

And Notice how the author of your article backtracks here and says this:

WHY would he say this? cover his ass for plagarism?
I love it. Are you arguing here that the Chinese culture existed both before and after an epic global catastrophe, and all it did to China's culture was create a hiccup in the written record of their history?

Nor is there an evidence of such.

    Educate yourself.

Could it be that the Chinese had no time to prepare for the flood? Because by ALL accounts, Noah and his family were the only ones that knew the Flood was coming.

    YOU FAIL!
The Bible says the wicked perished.

Yet, people in China still exist before and after the flood.

    Why is that?

    Fail.

    4990 bc (great flood) - 2500 bc(yangshao culture began) = 2,490 YEARS

um...2,490 YEARS is no mere hiccup buddy.

    Neolithic
See also: List of Neolithic cultures of China

The Neolithic age in China can be traced back to between 12,000 and 10,000 BC.[6] Early evidence for proto-Chinese millet agriculture is radiocarbon-dated to about 7000 BC.[7] The Peiligang culture of Xinzheng county, Henan was excavated in 1977.[8] With agriculture came increased population, the ability to store and redistribute crops, and the potential to support specialist craftsmen and administrators.[9] In late Neolithic times, the Yellow River valley began to establish itself as a cultural center, where the first villages were founded; the most archaeologically significant of those was found at Banpo, Xi'an.[10] The Yellow River was so named because of loess forming its banks gave a yellowish tint to the water.[11]

The early history of China is made obscure by the lack of written documents from this period, coupled with the existence of accounts written during later time periods that attempted to describe events that had occurred several centuries previously. In a sense, the problem stems from centuries of introspection on the part of the Chinese people, which has blurred the distinction between fact and fiction in regards to this early history.

By 7000 BC, the Chinese were farming millet, giving rise to the Jiahu culture. At Damaidi in Ningxia, 3,172 cliff carvings dating to 6000-5000 BC have been discovered "featuring 8,453 individual characters such as the sun, moon, stars, gods and scenes of hunting or grazing." These pictographs are reputed to be similar to the earliest characters confirmed to be written Chinese.[12][13] Later Yangshao culture was superseded by the Longshan culture around 2500 BC.

To continue this wonderful farcical exercise in gross illogic, I certainly concur that such a long period is significant, although the main point here is that Chinese culture apparently existed both before and after the time you assign to Noah's Global Water Park and its immediate aftermath, despite the biblical claim that only 8 people survived, all of whom were local yokels from the Near East region..

We have to correct this for The Truf.

The early history of China is made obscure by the Flood of Noah occurring during this period, wiping out all of China's population and leaving no written record from this period, coupled with the existence of accounts written during later time periods that attempted to describe events that had occurred several centuries previously. In a sense, the problem stems from centuries of introspection on the part of the Chinese people, which has blurred the distinction between fact and fiction in regards to this early history.

That's a non-issue, because there were a LOT of civilizations present on the earth prior to the flood.

but you finally agree that 2,490 years is quite a long time to resurface.
