She can wear one if she wants to - but no woman should be allowed to walk down the street in a see through top with no bra.

I wear my bra to work, when I come home, I hang free.

I don't know about that. Maybe if we remove the 'forbidden fruit' stigma about ta-ta's, guys wouldn't be so flustered around them.

I remember seeing woman wearing a white tank top. Her boobs were down to her stomach, and she wasn't wearing a bra. She looked like she had two cylinders shoved up her top, and her nipples were poking out the bottom of her shirt.

She was in urgent need of a boobie holder.

However, if she is well endowed, she should be better educated on the hazards of not wearing one. Such as the damage to her capillaries from the weight of her busom pulling down. Which could cause a blood clot that can become dislodged and travel through her blood stream and lodge in her brain causing a stroke.

Why no see-through? Off topic, but I am curious. There are many places in the U.S. and around the World that allow woman to wear see-through clothing in public. There was a news article recently about a woman in NYC walking around topless just to remind the women of New York City that they could... obviously taking much further than see-through.

Good point. A college friend of mine is from Germany and it is hilarious to listen to him talk about how sexually repressed America is in comparison with much of Europe.

I just think its indecent. I don't want to see your nipples showing through your top - and I don't want to see men walking around without a shirt on, either.

Fair enough.

I am far from an expert since i am a man and not even fat enough to have notable breasts.
Topless swimming was the norm here for all ages up to 5 or so years ago , then some researches shown up about how sun and gravity are not good for tits and almost all women are using their top now . In general i don't care and it isn't something i notice ( i am Greek so my eyes fall elsewhere anyway) .

It should be illegal for a woman not to wear a bra if she has saggy boobs.
