[quote=BOLD;429196]I could understand your not wanting Hillary to win, as everybody hates her (or so it seems), but Obama? Heck, he's the biggest media sensation to come down the pike since the Beatles, for heaven's sake. The guy's a veritable rock star, who - by the way - won a grammy last night!
[quote] Hillary are bes t person for President. she are honest and will d o good things for America. Obama are too much person lik e Bush. |

Now, I get busy and stay off this forum for a couple of months, and look what happens to my avatar. Oh well.............the best form of flattery..................
Whether Obama or Hillary get the nomination is largely irrelevant in the overall scheme of things. Either will easily trounce McCain with the help of our Dem operatives in the media and the GOP. And either will help this country to finish casting off old fashioned notions of individualism and freedom, and help complete our launch into the 21st century global community. For far too long the right-wing, Constitutional nationalists have stonewalled America's development into a unified global society that shares our resources with other less fortunate nations of the world. Either Hillary or Obama will diminish our military power, and bring about crucial change back to policies of national security through diplomacy as past leaders like Carter and Clinton did. Government services will increase up to levels sorely missed since the 70's, and the masses will again enjoy the luxury of being directed by federal authorities committed to fair distribution of wealth, education, and medical care regardless of individual liabilities or assets. Both Obama and Clinton know that true equality can only be provided by reducing society to its "common denominator" through enforcement of laws limiting earnings to levels established by world-wide averages, and both have promised to raise taxes to this fair and equitable end. Fear not. We are about to vote in change only dreamed of before these two leaders emerged. |

Obama represents hope.
Obama represents vision. Obama represents future. Even though I'm Serbian and very aware of many bad things you Americans brought upon my nation, I have to say that Barack Obama's speech I heard the other day made my cry. I saw something terrific in that man's eyes, I saw hope for the entire planet. And I am deeply convinced that with that man's leadership, the United States of America will finally take the right course and bring long awaited changes in global politics. Vote for Obama, he is a magnificent man! P.S. Hillary is one disguisting lying old hag, don't vote for her! The republican future candidate McCain is a symbol of political status quo for USA. More wars, more terrorists, and perhaps some more 9/11's for you if he wins. Last edited by AmusedToDeath; 02-24-2008 at 08:51 PM. |

By the way Bold, about your signature: if you watched meet the press tonight, you would have seen two clips of Hillary's speeches. One lifted from Bill Clinton and the other line lifted from Edwards' speeches. Russert also read a line from a Carter, Johnson and an FDR speech. All of them were astonishingly similar to a Civil War era, presidential speech. A far cry from his kindergarten essay. Go find some real issues to throw at him.
