Sounds like a neoliberal viewpoint right there.

Normally I'd say environmental or social issues, but with Bushes economic disaster, all of us, like black folks at the Superdome begging for water, don't yet know how bad it's going to get.

If I have to worry about "putting food on my family" first, then a polar bear with no ice or anther poor man on death row means very little.

Right now life in the US sucks like a bucket of ticks.

I picked foreign policy but only because I couldn't have multiple choices. The US Domestic Policy which seemed to be appointed suckers, dummies and fools to jobs they were brutally unqualified to handle has left the nation in shambles. Health care is almost unaffordable, higher education is almost unaffordable, and food costs are skyrocketing while the job market is not doing well and people who own homes cannot move to better job opportunities because they can't sell their houses. Wages are stagnant. Energy is going to become much worse. Bush has worked hard to take away our Constitutional Rights and the Democratic Congress has worked hard to help him. Then there's everything outside the US. It's difficult to say what doesn't need attention.

Foreign policy. None of the other things are really that important. America's poor are overweight and better off than a vast majority of the world. The US is probably the only country where even some of the poor have big screen TVs. I certainly haven't been affected by any changes in the economy and neither has anyone else really. People who went bankrupt would have gone bankrupt anyways and it's their own fault one way or another. Time for Americans to stop being so selfish and take more of an interest in people in other countries that have actual problems. Ooo so the US doesn't have the best economy and infrastructure by as much anymore. Doesn't matter.

My #1 issue are the candidates themselves, Obama, Mc Cain, Nader, and Barr. I want a none of the Above option. I won't waste my vote though, I will be picking someone, but none of the above.

Kicking the right-wingers out of office and ending the economic butchery of the Bush years against working people.

Restoring unionization to the workforce.
Restoring good social welfare services to the American people.
Ending unregulated financial speculation and out-of control capitalism.
Taxing those who can afford it.

America needs A NEW DEAL.
