you should have made the votes public. I voted Centerist. but naming someone is not really a good Idea, I have many conservative ideas, and liberal ones too. I'm studying many ideologies and different points of views these days, and I have changed many ideas before and I will in the future if I find something better, so how can I say I'm a liberal, or conservative or libertarian or socialist or whatever else, when I have at least a small piece of all of them in myself?

I'm a liberal... obviously.
I hold some libertarian sensibilities and compared to a lot of political zealots I'm a "centrist" (which I do not accept as a valid ideological classification)... but I'm a liberal.

yeah, that's better. I really prefer that type of introduction, so whoever tells him, please also tell me what am I.

One of just a few, which is not quite as obvious, since authoritarian leftists are too often lumped in with liberals.

There are a couple issues to consider:
1. Most of the classifications on this forum are US or Eurocentric. The political climate in Iran is obviously different.
2. I don't think ideology is based on issue stances so much as your basic core ideology. I don't think I can really do justice to explaining them (nor do I trust most on this forum for it), but it might serve you well to read up on "liberalism", "libertarianism", "socialism", "populism", and "conservatism"... if even just the Wikipedia entries.
I have some beliefs that match with conservatives... but I'm definitely a liberal because of the way I reach those ideas and my general pattern of thinking.

You may well be in the "center" based on your issue stances and ideas, but I think if you look at the ideologies you might find one that most closely matches how you view the world.
Most people are not 100% in their classification, but I think most people tend toward one or another in their thought patterns.

heres a small quiz that could help:

http://www.theadvocates.org/quizp/index.html

they also give some definitions if you are still undecided:

LIBERTARIANS support maximum liberty in both personal and
economic matters. They advocate a much smaller government; one
that is limited to protecting individuals from coercion and violence.
Libertarians tend to embrace individual responsibility, oppose
government bureaucracy and taxes, promote private charity, tolerate
diverse lifestyles, support the free market, and defend civil liberties.

Left (Liberal)
Liberals usually embrace freedom of choice in personal matters,
but tend to support significant government control of the economy.
They generally support a government-funded "safety net" to help
the disadvantaged, and advocate strict regulation of business.
Liberals tend to favor environmental regulations, defend civil liberties
and free expression, support government action to promote equality,
and tolerate diverse lifestyles.

Centrist
Centrists espouse a "middle ground" regarding government control
of the economy and personal behavior. Depending on the issue,
they sometimes favor government intervention and sometimes
support individual freedom of choice. Centrists pride themselves on
keeping an open mind, tend to oppose "political extremes," and
emphasize what they describe as "practical" solutions to problems.

Right (Conservative)
Conservatives tend to favor economic freedom, but frequently
support laws to restrict personal behavior that violates "traditional
values." They oppose excessive government control of business, while
endorsing government action to defend morality and the traditional
family structure. Conservatives usually support a strong military,
oppose bureaucracy and high taxes, favor a free-market economy,
and endorse strong law enforcement.

Statist (Big Government)
Statists want government to have a great deal of power over the
economy and individual behavior. They frequently doubt whether
economic liberty and individual freedom are practical options in
today's world. Statists tend to distrust the free market, support
high taxes and centralized planning of the economy, oppose
diverse lifestyles, and question the importance of civil liberties.

OK, I will take a look. about the political climate, there may be some cultural differences, but the ideas are the same. conservatives here are very near to american conservatives in how they do the jobs, not in what they believe. the same goes with liberals.

btw, I want your opinion on me. from the total behaviour and ideas I've presented in this forum, what would you call me?

Chief, I have to confess that I didn't really ask because I had no idea. I did study a bit of political science in school, after all. I asked because how others view us is as important as how we view ourselves.
