He means Washington, D.C., not the state of Washington. Washington, D.C., has always been notorious for its stringent gun control laws.

Big cities in america tend to have stricter gun laws. In Washington DC it led to a wave of crime and death in the city. So now the gun laws are being taken off were wondering if it will go back again.

I vote "It will stay about the same."

I don't imagine many poor folks will buy a gun, the criminals always had them, and the few whites that will get registered probably already had guns also.

So unless some other factors such as more police on the street come into play, it shouldn't change much.



That's one thing I like about the texas and the south, you have to assume everybody's armed to the teeth ...because they are.

Gun control = criminals still have guns, and know their victims DON'T.

2nd Amendment = criminals will think twice.

The bottom line is: Criminals will still know where to obtain guns, and will have them. Do you want decent citizens to be able to protect themselves? Calling 911 isn't going to stop some choad from capping you, and leaving you in the ditch. It's just going to allow the cops to recover your body faster.

Think about those kids at VaTech...when that sicko lined 'em up and went down the line popping them, think of how many innocent lives would have been saved, if someone further down the line, wheeled around and emptied a clip into his f'ing head? He'd have been a hero.
