Canada could have put more troops in Iraq.
However, they have been a very good ally in the War on Terror.
Sometimes I believe Canada should become apart of America, specifically Toronto and Vancouver areas.

Canada couldn't have put troops in Iraq. The Defense Dept. pretty much ruled out asking Canada for help because they didn't want Canada to take troops from Afghanistan to send to Iraq. It worked out good for the Liberal government, because it allowed them to take a more anti-American stance on the Iraq war than they otherwise could have under US pressure.
If you want Vancouver and Toronto you can take them. They are insanely liberal/socialist places that are responsible for putting many ineffective governments in power.
Other than that, I have always supported open borders with the US, and merging into one new federal country some day. Most Canadians wouldn't join the US if they had a gun to their head, there would have to be a complete rewrite of the constitution and reform of key institutions. Before Prince Edward Island joined Canada, they actually considered joining the US, if that makes you feel any better.
