Perhaps you are correct- though it certainly appeared to be a intentional lie, since he stated he did check, and when anyone else checks they find the Snopes report in seconds. Maybe it merely appears that he lied.

Certainly anything is possible. But there is no evidence to support anything you have given your opinion on. Thug? Do you have some evidence to show that he was robbing elderly of their social security checks or some such thing? Pictures of him attacking Republicans with a stick?

The claim is as ridiculous as if I were to call Newt a 'thug'- he is a liar and morally cretinous, but not a thug.

Nope- no court case going on. Just an administrative hearing where the judge let Birthers rant about Obama.

By the way, I used to be a birther, then I gave it up because President Obama put out the long form birth certificate. But now I hear that too, (like the short form) is a forgery. I think your demands for action are going to be disappointing. Congress avoids Birthers like the plague and no one has expressed any interest in a Constitutional amendment to satisfy a few members of the fringe far right.

I am sure there is someone named Hussein who was born in Africa....

But Barack Obama was born in Hawaii and is a natural born citizen.

Judge Malihi Rules Against Plaintiffs:
Says Obama Born In Hawaii Therefore Natural Born Citizen

We just spoke with plaintiff Kevin Powell and he reports Judge Malihi has ruled against the Plaintiffs and stated in his order that Obama was born in Hawaii and therefore Obama is a natural born Citizen.
