Why would we have to rely upon 'a software cluster'? Unlike any other President in history, the State of Hawaii has repeatedly, consistantly and publicly confirmed that Barack Obama was born in Hawaii as they do once again below:


The State of Hawaii has repeatedly confirmed the indisputable evidence of President Obama’s birth in Hawaii. An exhaustive accounting of this is provided on the State Department of Health (DOH) website (http://hawaii.gov/health/vital-records/obama.html). When this issue last arose in May, the Washington Post noted that “the Hawaii Department of Health has released both the short and long forms of the president’s birth certificate; and that all this information, along with clear-as-a-bell explanations, is available to the public online.” (http://www.washingtonpost.com/opinio...tml?tid=pm_pop)

President Obama was born in Honolulu, and his birth certificate is valid.

Regarding the latest allegations from a sheriff in Arizona, they are untrue, misinformed, and misconstrue Hawaii law. The purpose of section 338-17.8, Hawaii Revised Statutes (HRS), is to accommodate foreign-born individuals whose parents were residents of Hawaii but were temporarily outside of this state due to employment or military service. Similar to section 338-20.5, HRS, which provides for a certificate of foreign birth, anyone who receives a birth certificate under this section would have noted on their birth certificate the physical location of their actual birth. It does not confer citizenship, which is, of course, a power of the federal government.

We also note that section 338-17.8 was not passed until 1982, so it cannot apply to President Obama, who was born at the Kapiolani Maternity and Gynecological Hospital in Honolulu in 1961, as is reflected on his certificate of live birth, a copy of which can be viewed on the White House website, a link to which is provided on DOH’s website.

Vital records in Hawaii have some of the highest levels of privacy protection in the nation. Not only are Hawaii’s vital records some of the best managed, but they also have some of the strongest restrictions on access to prevent identity theft and fraud.

Arpaio has said repeatedly that his goal is not to prove that Obama is foreign born. His job was to discover if the birth certificate posted from the White House is real or not. The Government submitting a ficticious document is not exactly legal.

And yet, he has only ever claimed that the BC was "forged" despite the mountains of evidence that it was not. He has yet to provide any evidence at all to back up his forgery claims.



If he really was just interested in the validity of the document, why isn't he investigating Mitt Romney's BC as well? (which has never been released BTW)

lol, they did make a simple copy of the bc. it was the long form that obama released after releasing the short form in 2008

Actually Arpaio is fueling the Birther porn appetite. Someone is taking them seriously! Someone that the press will actually report! This is what all of the Birther kings and queens haven't been able to do.

The fact that the Federal government is sueing Arpaio to stop his racist profiling just adds to his prestige in their eyes.

Sure, sure. And so is Obama's Soc. Security number from Connecticut? And his fraudulent Selective Service Registration? And his school records where he applied as a foreign student? Funny how there just keeps on being more and more of it, isn't it? But the BC should have been a simple copy I agree. Instead we get this big complicated multi-layer image. And nobody can tell anybody else why they did it this way. So if you have a brain bigger than a walnut, of course you suspect that somebody is pulling crap with the image. And when examiners say it is a made-up fraud and forgery, is it crazy to think that it might be? It is probably a lot more crazy to believe Obama's story, which has more holes than a Swiss cheese.
