I am a Muslim and I do not apologize for it.
Let me start by saying "Welcome to Political Forum!"
You've said something that I find interesting, and I'd like to engage in a discussion with you about it. I have no intent or desire to denigrate your religion, beliefs, or customs - I'm merely looking for a little enlightenment.
With that said...
Suppose there is a woman, a reasonably attractive woman - it makes no difference what race or religion she is - who is shopping in the marketplace. The merchant sees her, and is attracted to her because she is pretty. Because she is pretty, the merchant treats her a little better than the other customers - perhaps he is more attentive to her, perhaps he sells her very best of his products, or perhaps if she buys a dozen oranges he will give her one for free.
The woman knows this, and is not only flattered by the attention, but also makes it a point to shop at this particular merchant because of the way he treats her.
Is she using her feminine charms to persuade the merchant to treat her different than the regular customers? Or, is it that the merchant is treating her differently because he is attracted to her - not because of anything she intentionally does?
Also, is there not a difference between this woman and an actual prostitute?
I look forward to your reply!
