It helps the culprit understand how distressed the 3 year old was. Getting her own hair cut makes her feel bad, so she can see how she made the child feel If only there were more judges like this one!

The 3 yr old most likely didn't care about her hair-cut b/c she's only 3 - but the mother sure did and rightfully so b/c it was her child and she was the only one to decide on her child's hair and length of it.......

I would have done the same thing - blown sky high and then took the the 2 turds to juvenile court.....

The 13 yr old obviously has problems that the mother can't see.........
