    Obama logic....

Obama wants every U.S. citizen to prove they are insured, but also according to him, people don't have to prove they are U.S. citizens....

That's the beauty of a public forum - anyone can voice their opinion....

    You're a nasty little bugger, aren't you?

Isn't dancing just a degenerate way to sell off your body, what is the essence of dancing, what is the purpose? Just think about it, what is the purpose of dancing? Why does it appear so primitive to me! It's because I compare Plato's society with modern society which is disgusting, the same pop dancing culture that will film people dying or fighting on their cameras rather than intervening and trying to save their lives.
I think you might want to read the book Steppenwolf by Hermann Hesse (assuming you haven't already). You must learn to dance and to laugh.

To move away from all the people just picking on you, I honestly put to you that you are just depressed, and search for answers on how to cure that depression outside yourself. You look at society and find things unappealing and degenerate, and you just don't fit in. You should instead look inside yourself, not to make yourself better or to make yourself more "normal" but to make yourself more happy. Everyone conforms to something in some way or another. No one is entirely unique, with innovative and original ideas, thoughts, ways of expression, etc. So just find a group you like well enough, and do your best to fit in. Oh, and go seek counseling that should help.
Im a Tarte, what! you want some of this!

The essence of any utopianism is: Conjure an ideal that makes an impossible demand on reality, then announce that, until the demand is met in full, your ideal can't be fairly evaluated. Attribute any incidental successes to the halfway meeting of the demand, any failure to the halfway still to go.

Here's a sample of why you need this book:

    My translation:
How should I not be a wolf from the steppes and an abrasive hermit in a world whose goals I do not share, whose joys do not appeal to me! I cannot stand to be in a theater or cinema for very long, can hardly read a newspaper, rarely a modern book; I cannot understand what fun and pleasure people find in the overfilled railways and hotels, in the overfilled cafes with gay, intrusive music, in the bars and music halls of the elegant luxurious cities, in the world exhibitions, on the boulevards, in the lectures for those lacking education, in the great athletic grounds - all of these joys that would be available to me, and which others worry about and push to see by the thousands, I cannot understand or partake of. And, conversely, what I do in my rare times spent with friends, what is delightful, ecstatic and a high time for me, the world knows, seeks and loves at most in poetry; in life they find it crazy.

    ---

Now, here's another bit from the novel about this character:

Traktat vom Steppenwolf.

    Mensch.

    Again, my translation:
Treatise on the Steppenwolf. For crazy people only.

There once was a man by the name of Harry, called the Steppenwolf. He walked on two legs, wore clothing and was a man, though in truth he was also a wolf from the steppes. He had learned much of what people with intellect are able to learn and was a rather clever man. What he had not learned however was this: to be satisfied with himself and his life. This he could not do; he was an discontented person.

Screw counseling - one in his position needs little more than the right literature I'm on the case!

You would have to go quite aways back to find a society that didn't enjoy dancing.
The problem with marriage is that we heterosexuals are not honoring marriage sufficiently- not with homosexuals wanting to get married.

Every child a homosexual couples has is a desired child.

    And on a side note.....

I have always thought that by watching someone dance or even better- by dancing someone- you could get a very good idea of what sex was like with them. Just a personal opinion......

Naw, not too far back. I'd try with the Puritans.

I am sorry, but actually YOU asked for their opinion!! The tacit understanding of all people who post at this forum, is that they are in fact asking for the opinions of others who post at this forum!! If you don't want those opinions, keep a journal.
