This week, in keeping with this month’s issue - Women in Politics - we want to know your gender and if you’d ever consider running for political office. But first, last week’s results:
Last week, we asked you how much money you’ve donated to political candidates in this election cycle. While a good portion of respondants (43%) had donated nothing, 29% donated up to $100 and 16% donated up to $500. A few high rollers(*) donated up to $1000 (5%), $2300 (3%), and over $2300 (4%). Looks like as a whole, this group is politically active not only with their words and attention, but with their wallets as well.
As I wrote the other week, women largely get elected at the same rates as men, they simply don’t run as often. On that note, we want to know your gender and if you’d ever consider running for political office. Voting is anonymous and begins right now in the sidebar on your left.
