Patrick Fitzgerald - the U.S. Attorney who convicted Scooter Libby of perjury and obstruction of justice, only to have the sentence corruptly commuted by George W. Bush - is back in the news with the indictment of Rod Blagojevich. And Fitzgerald's star is shining more brightly than ever. Even rightwing blogs which attacked Fitzgerald for prosecuting Libby are celebrating "Fitzmas."

Convicting Blagojevich should be a cakewalk for Fitzgerald. So what challenge should he take on next? Easy! Attorney General Eric Holder should choose him as the Special Prosecutor to investigate and prosecute the High Crimes of the Bush Administration, starting with torture.
