wwwwwait..... i need to ask you a question here and you need to stay in straight line: the media. is it pro war or anti war?
|
Most of it is anti-Bush...which = anti-war.

but then explain to me, how come they only presented the 2 pro-war candidates?
|
uhhh...they didnt have a choice. I know this will come as a shock to you, but the media really isnt who gets to pick who runs. All they can do is try to spin things their way. If it was up to the media, Dean probably would have been elected.

do you think people would have watched MSNBC or CNN less if these networks would have cut all the "who's ahead in the polls" bullcrap?!?
|
They wont lie because they are afraid of getting caught (and thus, losing viewers and marketshare). That doesnt mean they dont have a bias in favor of one side or another.

and to prove my point here: their own polls show that ~60% oppose the war while majority voted for war president.

Here, let me repeat myself since you didnt get it the first time:

I hope that clears things up.

so they lie about the 60 opposing the war?

Either they didnt oppose it at the time or they were not opposed to it
enough to motivate them to vote for an alternative.

then why do they spin strictly two pro-war candidates before election?
|
Because those were the leading candidates and that was all they had to work with. That seems obvious to me.
Contrary to your beliefs, no, the media does not have some magic mind control that forces people to vote for whoever they (the media) want. All they can do is spin....they cant manufacture new candidates. Which frustrates them to no end...they most certainly did not want Bush to win.
