who do islamic terrorists hate more? civilians or government? i see civilians being the targets most of the time in Israel, US on 9:11, bali and all the other places you know what i'm talking about: always civilians and not government installations.....what the f**k?

i would think they'd target our government..... and i would stop thinking....
