With the debate within many conservative circles I have heard this article brought up many times. It is a piece written by Dr. Donald J Devineand David A Keene, but high ranking members of the American Conservative Union Foundation. So lets get a little debate going here from all sides of the aisle. Is a return to a more republican (little r) ideal of foreign policy, a desired outcome? Or will the day eventually be won out by the neo-con ideal? I'm sure this will create a good debate.
