Doesn't he know how obviousl it is that the only reason our troops have to continue to die and be maimed for life is that he is too pigheaded to admit he was wrong? Second, even if he did admit he was wrong, nothing would change. The war would still go on and troops would stay because he would only spew out more patriotic rhetoric about the importance of spreading democracy and the need to eliminate terrorism so that, when the dust settles, American corporations can get sweet oil contract deals (of course, he wouldn't say that last part ).

You know as well as I do the troops will be on their way back before the middle of next year. There's no point in his admitting wrongness now.

I don't understand's Bush's logic - War on Terror. Basically what the U.S. is doing is fighting terrorism with terrorism. Does that make any sense whatsoever? You cannot destroy terror with more terror.
