Default Please give us a choice next Election

The United States is a two party system. So Democrats and Liberals put up or shut up!

Give us an alternative to who we have in office right now. I personally will vote for any democrat who has a logical plan that is better than a republican's plan. The problem is, Democrats whine and think that will get them somewhere. It won't. That's what people on welfare do. They whine and hope it will get them their way.

If you want the Whitehouse and Congress back nominate a real candidate. Not John Kerry, he is not real. You don't go to Vietnam for 3 months, get 3 purple hearts with no serious injury and expect people to believe you.
Not Hillary Clinton, she can't even control her husband let alone a whole country.
Not Dennis Kucinich, he is a nutcase.
Not Nancy Pelosi, she has a lot invested in plastic. It's all in her face. She is superficial and argumentative.
Not Barbara Boxer, see comments on Nancy Pelosi.
Do yourselves a favor and get a real candidate. Enough fakes already! Let's have a real election next time!

Default RE

Maybe if the republicans would stop making up lies about our candidates, the republicans might find our candidates more suited for office.

and really, thats the best you can come up with against Hillary Clinton?

Default RE

Its interesting that this thread contains nothing but personal attacks on various democrats. I think i understand how the republican "Logic" works now.

How is Kucinich a nutcase? Give me some logical reasons as to why you would define him as a nutcase.

Default that's true

the democrats have not put up a reasonable candidate since Clinton's first run. The extreme left wing hasn't had luck in decades in getting someone in the White House yet they continue to try. Lieberman would be a reasonable candidate and someone I'd consider depending on the opposition. At one time he would represent the mainstream in the democrat party, it's funny that now he's considered a DINO. Just goes to show how far left the party has moved. I also find it humorous that a democrat would talk about personal attacks against their party.

But his positions are pretty far off from the mainstream.

Default The Democrat's shunning

of Joe Lieberman, who very likely would be electable, shows that the party has moved to the left of average Americans. IMHO

It doesn't need to be a two party first at the gate system. IRV or some derivative can crush this monopoly. As of now the two parties have sold us out, we need a change, and we need it now. They tell you what you want to hear, and then do as they please once in power. Then they are there leaching off us (all) and living a lifestyle we have provided for them. Term limits will crush that also.
