I thought Jesus was a jew.

he was...and although i don't belive he was the son of god,i explained it to shamgar,but he got an explanation in which i couldn't understand his point.....it seems he just dosen't have one

Here is the key point. If Jesus was the Son of God yet a Jew as a person, then not only are Shamgar's views unconscionable- they are also profoundly un-Biblical.

Shamgar, Jesus, as a person, was ethnically a Jew. That is both a historical and a Biblical fact. The Virgin Mary was of Jewish heritage. So were all early Christians. If your objection is to the Jewish religion, then you are contradicting yourself, since what Judaism does not believe in is the divinity of Jesus the person- that person being a Jew. Jews believe in the same need for redemption that Christians believe in and differ only over a historical point. Christ's own words, moreover, show that all of good intent will be saved:

And whosoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but unto him that blasphemeth against the Holy Ghost it shall not be forgiven. (Luke 12:10)

The Holy Spirit, being God, is truth (John 1:1). All who earnestly seek to find the truth and live according to their findings are in God's grace. So here is the question, Shamgar: Is it more important to you to be a Christian or to be anti-Semitic? The two are mutually exclusive.

no...jesus was jewish that belived in god in the jewish way,except he said that our choanim were corupted,which i tend to agree..............but i still don't belive he was the son of god,and because jesus was jewish,and all jews are the sons of the devil,jesus wasn't the son of god but the son of the devil by your logic.

You can't even figure out that you are a bunch of theives so don't tell me what I know. . . and Jesus clearly indicated who were the sons of the devil. . .and the only people who run araound that claim to be jews and are inherent liars are the jews in Israel. . .go figure. . .
