well, if this dude actually DOES waterboard his kid next time we'll be having a very different conversation. and the poor girl will actually suffer MORE. it's pretty obvious if you're a parent and you want to commit a false execution on your child, a proper waterboarding is the way to go. there's no way cons can do anything but condone it since they've already made it clear waterboarding is fine for them.

I see a difference between a terrorost and a four year old. Your attempt to eaqualize the two is ...... I can't even come up with a word for it. I guess if the four year old was a known terrorist then we should waterboard her, but until she is accused of such I think it's a bit extreme for a child

looking over the article, this appears to be another way in which this fellow used con-approved torture techniques on his little girl.

sounds like he's got a really good understanding of how the torture of stress positioning works. it'll be interesting to follow this trial and see if he cites any of the new legalized tortures the cons have introduced and made acceptable as inspiration for his acts. because it seems like his behavior is patterned after guantanamo and abu ghraib in more ways than one.
